Submit your child's photo!

Terms of photo submissions:
You must be the parent or guardian of the child in the photo and consent to having your child’s photo appear on the TillyToothfairy.com website. Photos will be chosen at random. We will try to use as many photos as possible but cannot guarantee all will be used. Tilly Toothfairy assumes no responsibility for any photo. Tilly Toothfairy will not distribute or sell any photos.
Please email your photo with your child’s first name and city of residence to photo@tillytoothfairy.com. Please do not mail photos.

• Size cannot exceed 300KB
